So, who am I?

My passion is helping creatives, dancers, and educators finally create the peaceful and prosperous life they keep dreaming about. I teach you how to stop operating from “starving artist energy” and start building systems that actually support your talent, your income, and your wellbeing.

As a retired ballerina, longtime studio owner, decade-deep entrepreneur, and now a wife, I know exactly what it feels like to be talented and ambitious… and still feel completely out of control behind the scenes. When you don’t have clarity, everything feels urgent. When you don’t have systems, everything feels personal. And that’s where burnout loves to hide.

My work is simple:
I help you reclaim your time, your confidence, and your peace by building structure that sustains your calling—so you can do what you love without losing yourself in the process.

Excellence is your nature.
Structure makes it sustainable.

My place in your world.

I’ve spent over a decade helping creatives, dancers, and educators build structure and confidence by designing systems that actually support their dreams. My work spans multiple industries, including the arts, nonprofit leadership, higher education, construction, and government, giving me a uniquely practical perspective on how to create order in any environment.

My foundation in excellence comes from my career as a professional ballerina, where I trained through the Royal Academy of Dance with distinction, earned High Merit Honors with the American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum, and performed principal and soloist roles. I’ve owned my own business for 10+ years, developed university-level training curricula, lectured on dance education and leadership, managed large-scale events, and spoken to over a thousand students about entrepreneurship.

I help my clients not just build systems, but build identity, confidence, and sustainable success.
